By creating an account, launching a workspace, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Workspaces

KlarPoint provides an operating layer for service businesses and multi-business owners. When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each business you manage through KlarPoint operates within its own distinct workspace. You are responsible for ensuring that the configuration, team access, and usage of each workspace complies with applicable local laws and regulations governing that specific business.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

KlarPoint offers both free and paid auto-renewing subscription plans. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout. Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use KlarPoint strictly for lawful operational and business management purposes. You shall not use the platform to process unauthorized transactions, distribute malicious code, attempt to breach our security infrastructure, or violate the privacy of your customers.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the KlarPoint platform, including its design, architecture, interfaces, and proprietary code, remain the exclusive property of Klarpoint Technologies Limited. You retain all ownership rights to the business data, customer records, and operational history you input into your workspaces.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Klarpoint Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the platform. Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nigeria.
